EXPIRY

Meals are delivered fresh, not frozen, with an expiry date of 5 days from the date of delivery.

DELIVERY

Meals will be delivered to the Sydney address provided every Sunday and Wednesday.

Orders placed by 6:00 pm Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday, and orders placed by 6:00 pm Thursday will be delivered on Sunday.

If your delivery instructions require access to a secure building, you must provide the necessary access, such as a security card or key, or ensure you are available to let the driver in at the time of delivery.

If the driver is unable to access your building or contact you, your meals will be left at the main entrance of the building.

Delivery occurs between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. A flat-rate delivery fee of $15 (including GST) per week applies, with higher rates applicable to deliveries outside the Sydney Metropolitan region.

Tracking information will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout. Once a delivery has been completed and marked as delivered, Meals by Moodi cannot accept responsibility for stolen or missing items where the delivery has been deemed safe to leave.

Please ensure meals are collected and refrigerated promptly after delivery.

EXPIRY

Meals by Moodi does not offer refunds for change of mind. As our meals are made to order, all meals are accounted for when ordering our fresh produce.

Please ensure you carefully review your order, meal selections, descriptions, ingredients and available options before completing your purchase.

MEALS CUSTOMISATION & ALLERGIES

Meals by Moodi does not offer customisation of meals outside the options specifically made available when ordering. This includes ingredient substitutions, removals or modifications for allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences or other individual requirements.

Please read each meal description, ingredient information and available options carefully before placing your order to ensure the meal is suitable for you.

Requests entered in order notes, emailed separately or otherwise communicated cannot be guaranteed or accommodated unless the requested option is specifically available when ordering.

Customers with allergies or intolerances must select only from the allergy or dietary options expressly made available for the relevant meal. The availability of an option for one meal does not mean that the same modification can be made to another meal.

While certain meals or available options may be suitable for specific dietary requirements, Meals by Moodi operates in an environment where allergens are handled and cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Customers with food allergies or intolerances are responsible for carefully reviewing meal descriptions, ingredients and available dietary options before ordering.

If you have a severe or potentially life-threatening food allergy, please carefully consider whether our service is suitable for you before ordering.

To the extent permitted by law, Meals by Moodi shall not be responsible for illness, adverse reactions or health problems resulting from the consumption of its prepared foods, meals or other products where relevant ingredients, allergens and dietary information have been disclosed.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

WEIGHT LOSS

Meals by Moodi services do not guarantee weight loss or any particular health or body composition outcome.

Results will vary between individuals and may be influenced by factors including weight, height, metabolism, age, activity level, overall diet and adherence to a nutrition plan.
