Meals are delivered fresh not frozen, with an expiry date of 5 days from date of delivery.


Meals will be delivered to the address provided, every Sunday and Thursday. Orders made by 06:00pm Tuesday will be delivered on the following Thursday and orders made by 06:00pm Saturday will be delivered on the following Sunday.

If your instructions require access to a secure building, then you will need to provide us with a security card or key or be available to let the driver in at the time of your delivery. If the driver is unable to access your building or get in contact with you then your meals will be left at the main entrance of your building. Delivery days are every Monday and Thursday from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm. A flat rate delivery fee of $15 (including GST) per week is included in your invoice or debit. Higher if outside of Sydney Metropolitan region. Once a delivery has been made, Meals by Moodi is unable to accept responsibility for stolen or missing meals. It is your responsibility to ensure meals are collected and refrigerated after the delivery time. For alternative arrangements or to amend your delivery details, please call us on 0497 421 222.

Payments for Packages

Payments are taken for a minimum of 4 or 8 weeks (depending on the package you have signed up to) via direct debit fortnightly on a Monday in line with our payment schedule. Payments are taken 7 days in advance of the upcoming fortnight from your nominated card. A pro-rata amount will be taken if you are starting in the middle of a direct debit cycle or are away for any period. If for some reason you are paying by invoice, your payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. Delivery of meals will be withheld if payment has not been made, either by direct debit or invoice, by COB (close of business) on the Friday prior to the next delivery.


Meals by Moodi do not offer refunds for change of mind. All of our meals are accounted for within ordering our fresh produce. 

Changes to meal plan/macros

Any changes to your meal plan/macros require a minimum of 72 hours notice. To make changes please call us on 0497 421 222 or email us on info@mealsbymoodi.com.au.


Meals by Moodi shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any illness or health problem that may result from the consumption of its prepared foods, meals, or other products. Meals by Moodi may not be appropriate for certain people, including people who: 1) are under 18 years of age, or 2) suffer from a medical condition that can be adversely affected by certain foods or their diet. Consult your physician before altering or starting any new diet, following specific macros, or nutrition plans provided by Moodi Dennaoui. Meals by Moodi does not offer medical advice, either on its website, during consultations, or otherwise. Consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider if you have any questions about foods, products or meal plans offered by Meals by Moodi. Meals by Moodi meal plans are not offered or intended to treat, mitigate or cure any type of disease, sickness, or weight problem. Nothing stated or presented by Meals by Moodi, on the website or otherwise, is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Weight loss

Meals by Moodi services do not guarantee weight loss. Weight loss will vary for each person based on their weight, height, metabolism, age, activity level and compliance to their plan.


Whilst we do cater for food allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements, Meals by Moodi shall not be liable for any allergic reaction you have to any food, products, or meal plans, purchased from or delivered by Meals by Moodi. All allergies, intolerances and nutritional needs must be provided in written form, before the commencement of your meal service. If you become aware of a food allergy or intolerance whilst using our service, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us via email at info@mealsbymoodi.com.au.
